It is time to move on

hi all, For the past 2 years, I have been working for a company called Xinfra and I enjoyed there a lot, I had a great time. about a year ago, I got promoted to the position of CTO, was “presented” with some management “stuff” to do and became the minor-partner. The change was not drastic, because most of the time my role was still to be the principal consultant and mentor/help other consultants technically. I have to say that being CTO and part of the management team was a challenging role and of course, difficulties arise and I learned to manage it. Even with all problems, I enjoyed the ride. Unfortunately, few months ago, the main partner decided to close the company down.
